To clean the grinder, unplug it, remove the bean container, and lift out the upper burr. Use the included brush to clean the grinding chamber and burrs. Do not use water or liquid on the burrs directly.

For French Press, use a coarse grind setting. On Capresso Infinity grinders, this corresponds to the 'Coarse' range. A coarse grind prevents sediment from passing through the press filter.
