The EVO software mixer provides comprehensive control over your audio routing and levels. You can adjust individual input gains, mute/solo channels, and manage the master mix. For stereo inputs (like gaming audio from a PC), you can link two mono inputs (e.g., 3 and 4) to create a stereo track within the software.
To ensure all audio from your streaming PC is heard through the EVO 8, set the loop-back source in the EVO software to 'Loop-back 1+2' or 'Master Mix'. This routes your PC's audio back into the interface for monitoring and streaming.
5. Destpêkirin
- Noisy Preamps/Audio Issues: Ensure all cables are securely connected. For AMD systems, consider using a USB-C to USB-A 3.1 adapter to resolve potential latency or glitching issues.
- No Sound/Microphone Input: Verify that the correct input is selected on the EVO 8 and in your computer's sound settings. Check phantom power for condenser microphones. Ensure the EVO software mixer is running and configured correctly.
- Software Slowness: Update your computer's drivers, especially USB and chipset drivers. Close unnecessary background applications.
- Ground Loop Noise: If you experience humming or buzzing, consider using a ground loop noise isolator on the audio connections between your PC and the EVO 8.
