Follow these steps to set up your ANNKE PTZ IP Camera:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

2. Package the Product: Pack the item(s) securely in the original box with all original accessories (power adapters, brackets, cables, manuals, etc.).
3. Include RMA Details: Write your RMA number and a description of the problem on your warranty card and include it with the product.
