  Insert the tobacco stick into the heating chamber. Press and hold the control button for 3 seconds (Standard Mode) or 5 seconds (Boost Mode) until the device vibrates to indicate pre-heating has begun.

• What do the vibrations on the glo device mean?

  The device vibrates to indicate three states: when pre-heating starts, when the device is heated and ready for use, and when the session is about to end.

• Can I replace the battery in my glo device?
