  1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port on the back of the AirGuard CO2 monitor.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB-A power adapter (not included).
  3. The device will power on automatically and begin displaying readings.

4.2 App Pairing and Matter Integration

To integrate your AirGuard CO2 monitor with your smart home system, follow these steps:

5. Telîmatên Operating

5.1 Reading Values

The large display on the front of the AirGuard CO2 monitor shows the current CO2 concentration in parts per million (ppm), temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and relative humidity percentage. The multi-color LED indicator on the top provides a quick visual cue of the air quality status (e.g., green for good, yellow for moderate, red for poor).

5.2 Menu Mode Operation (Local Control)

If you prefer not to use the app, or for quick adjustments, you can operate the device directly using the buttons on the top:

  • Ketina moda menu: Short-press the Setting button (middle button) until the "temperature unit" starts flashing. This indicates you have entered Menu Mode.
  • Switching Editable Parameters: While in Menu Mode, short-press the Setting button to cycle through the available parameters for adjustment. The currently selected parameter will flash.
  • Veguheztina Yekîneya Germahiya: When the temperature unit is flashing, short-press the "+" or "-" buttons to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
  • Calibration Germahiya: When the temperature value is flashing, short-press the "+" or "-" buttons to manually calibrate the temperature.
  • Pîvandana Şilbûnê: When the humidity value is flashing, short-press the "+" or "-" buttons to manually calibrate the humidity.
  • Exiting Menu Mode: If there is no button operation for 3 seconds, the device will automatically save the current settings and exit Menu Mode. Alternatively, you can short-press the Setting button again after cycling through all available parameters to exit.

5.3 Daxistina Alarm

The AirGuard CO2 monitor features an audible buzzer and an indicator light for alerts:

  • Switch Buzzer: When the buzzer is off, short-press the buzzer button (rightmost button) to turn it on or off. If the buzzer goes off, short-press once to silence it for 30 minutes. Short-press again to turn it off completely.
  • Indicator Light Switch: Long-press the buzzer button for 3 seconds to turn the indicator light on or off.

7. Maintenance
