Product Overview

The CHZHVAN World Tag is a small, square-shaped device with a single button and a small loop for attachment. It operates using a replaceable CR2032 battery.

Left Behind Remind

Enable "Notify When Left Behind" notifications in the Find My app settings. If your World Tag disconnects from your Apple device's Bluetooth connection, you will receive an instant notification on your device, reminding you to retrieve your item.

If an item with a World Tag is lost, you can enable "Lost Mode" in the Find My app. You can leave your email or phone number. If someone finds your item, they can use the Find My app to view your contact information and help return the item. Once linked to your Apple ID, no one else can pair to it.

With iOS 17 or later, you can share your World Tag's location with up to five other people. This allows family members or friends to also track the item using their Find My app. Ensure your iOS system is updated to iOS 17 or newer to use this feature.

The accuracy of the location depends on the density of Apple devices in the vicinity of your World Tag. In areas with fewer Apple devices, location updates may be less frequent or precise.

No "Left Behind" Notifications

Ensure that "Notify When Left Behind" is enabled for your specific item in the Find My app settings. Also, check that your Apple device's Bluetooth is active and that the Find My app has necessary permissions.
