Before first use, fully charge your AUVON TENS EMS Unit. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). The device features a built-in powerful rechargeable lithium battery, providing up to 10 hours of continuous use on a full charge.

4.2 Connecting Electrode Pads

The AUVON TENS EMS Unit uses standard 2mm pin connector lead wires and electrodes. Ensure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads.

1. Insert the pin connectors of the lead wires into the electrode pads.
2. Plug the other end of the lead wires into the Channel A and/or Channel B ports on the top of the TENS EMS Unit.
3. Carefully peel the electrode pads from their protective film. Avoid touching the adhesive gel as much as possible to maintain stickiness.
4. Apply the pads to clean, dry skin on the desired treatment area. Ensure good contact for optimal conductivity.

The AUVON Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit features 24 preprogrammed massage modes and 20 levels of intensity, allowing for customized therapy.

5.1 Power On / Off

To turn the device ON or OFF, slide the power switch located on the top of the unit.

5.2 Independent Dual Channel Operation

This unit features independent dual channels (A and B), allowing you to select different modes and intensity levels for each channel simultaneously. For example, you can apply a TENS mode to your shoulder via Channel A and an EMS mode to your back via Channel B, each with its own intensity setting.

5.3 Mode Selection (24 Modes)

The device offers 24 preprogrammed modes categorized into TENS (P01-P08 for pain relief), PMS/EMS (P09-P16 for muscle conditioning), and Massage (P17-P24 for relaxation).

1. Press the 'M' button to cycle through the main categories (TENS, PMS/EMS, Massage).
2. Use the left/right arrow buttons to select a specific sub-mode (P01-P24) within the chosen category.

5.4 Adjusting Intensity (20 Levels)

Use the up/down arrow buttons on the left side of the device to adjust the intensity for Channel A, and the up/down arrow buttons on the right side for Channel B. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase it until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Electrode Pad Care

The upgraded low-impedance solid gel pads are designed for extended lifespan and premium self-stick performance. To maximize their lifespan:

• After each use, lift a corner of the electrode and slowly peel it away from the skin. Avoid pulling by the wire.
• Avoid touching the gel as much as possible.
• Place the electrodes back onto the provided ABS pads holder or their protective film after use.
• If pads lose stickiness, gently clean the adhesive surface with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Do not use harsh chemicals.
• Replace pads when they no longer adhere well to the skin (typically after 45 uses, depending on skin type and care).
